Refund Policy

At Moveforge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to initiate a return Email us at support@moveforge.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: resistance bands, massage devices, and any items marked as final sale.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
